III. The Feedstock

Waste is considered to be one of the major environmental problems that continue to increase as populations grow. To get rid of the waste problem, it will cost a lot of money for the municipalities as well as for the waste management companies. The resolution is usually landfills; which is not at all a satisfactory solution, which is why SBSC (Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation)uses Bio Green System Technology process With the Bio Green System Technology process, this problem is virtually eliminated. In fact most councils and waste companies would be willing to pay a fee to dispose of the waste via the Bio Green System Technology process if it were to be less than they are presently paying. So, the feedstock is basically free or a potential source of income.

The Bio Green System Technology Machine has three (3) chambers :

The Bio Green System Technology Process uses wastes as its fuel, harnessing its (combustibility or ability to burn) to create heat for the process. It safely, efficiently and under minimal oxygen conditions gasifies traditional and non-traditional waste materialsand/ or fossil fuels into green electricity and other beneficial and environmental by-products..

The process serves as aid in solving the global warming problem by transforming convertible disposable materials causing zero atmospheric emission.

Here are the lists of materials to be used in the Bio Green System Technology gasification process:

  • Municipal Solid Waste
  • Automobile and Truck Tires
  • Petroleum and Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PBC) Waste
  • Agricultural Surpluses, animal waste or animal Parts Wastes and Affluent Industrial
  • Waste
  • Sour or Wet Natural Gas without refining
  • Soil-contaminated Waste
  • Land Fill Reclamation
  • Traditional Fossil Fuels, including sulfur contaminated coal and untreated Shale Oil
  • Petroleum drilling waste such as oil contaminated Top Soil, drill cuttings and
  • Oil-contaminated Ground Water
