Spectrum Blue Steel has initiated the first Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) machine in the Philippines. Our machines can process up to 750 tons of Municipal Solid Waste per day. Our main product is the RDF's, one of the renewable fuels which can be used in any coal-fired power plant, cement kiln and Bio Green System Technology systems. In addition, we also provide post-processing for the recyclables being sorted out from our machine. SBSC intends to purchase and deploy RDF machines on landfill sites that are not large enough to support a complete Bio Green System Technology system and will provide RDF's that are needed to ensure consistent operation of current Bio Green System Technology systems and will allow Bio Green System Technology systems to be installed independent of landfill sites. SBSC intends to market and sell RDF's to Bio Green System Technology and gasification systems around the world.

SBSC has contracted with True Green Energy Group to be the exclusive suppliers of RDF's for TGEG Bio Green System Technology Systems. It is anticipated that TGEG will install more than 1500 Bio Green System Technology systems in the Philippines and Brazil over the next 20 years.

Through these arrangements, we provide the sales, marketing and supply Bio Green System Technology RDF's required to operate a Bio Green System Technology system. We also participate on global bases in multi-supplier utility partnering program.

The Bio Green System Technology system is a machine that disposes of waste that can be used for green electricity production. This machine is a group of mechanisms that take in the feedstock or solid wastes and store them inside oxygen limited chambers. The chambers are designed to significantly limit the release of carbon gases into the atmosphere. The Bio Green System Technology system then applies the Bio Green System Technology gasification process to break down the waste and turn it into extremely hot steam. The steam is then utilized to act as fuel for power generators that produce electricity.

Some cities do not create enough waste to feed the Bio Green System Technology system so there will be a need to buy the RDF. True Bio Energy will continually create and store RDF's. These RDF's are used by the Bio Green System Technology MkV 5 that can reduce your energy consumption.

SBSC will produce the needed RDF's that can be transported via airplane, train, and automobile as a power flake ready to be used by a Bio Green System Technology machine that is plugged into the grid. We can guarantee the huge amount and continuous supply of RDF's and recyclables

Our entire waste-to-energy architecture consist largely of a Municipal Recycling Facility (MRF) which segregates the recyclable from the non-recyclables, a Shredder, Pelletizer, Mixer, Dryer and Conveyor. Through this kind of single framework alone, True Bio electric can produce 480 tons of RDF's per day with 5 % average moisture. Daily, 750 tons of fresh MSW with 45 % average moisture is needed to achieve this volume of RDF's.
